At this time, If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) if you need a different size or if the item you received is damaged within 14 days of reception.
TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S), log in to the Returns portal and follow the instructions provided. You will receive a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse for exchange.
Once your item(s) has been received and processed at our warehouse, your new item(s) will be shipped.
Please note: exchanges are subject to availability.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date received.
Please note that shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in protective dust bags provided until you are certain you are keeping them.
TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S), log in to the returns portal and follow the instructions provided. You will receive a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse.
Please pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, with the original packaging, including the dust bag.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse and credited back to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of reception of your item(s).
Be aware that international custom duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of the United States.
Any item marked ON SALE is NOT eligible for a full refund and can only be returned for exchange or store credit.
